Please remember notice must be in writing and meet the notice terms of your VRLTA Lease Agreement. Once you’ve provided proper notice, and we discussed your move out date, it’s time to start preparing for your move.

 

We recommend scheduling a Pre-Walk Out Inspection with your Property Manager. A Pre-Walk Out is not required prior to your Final Walk Out Inspection, but it’s helpful to review the exit conditions of the lease agreement, for example, air filters, gutters, light bulbs, and cleaning requirements. 

 

Per the lease agreement, all homes and carpets must be professionally cleaned by approved vendors at exit.
